After seeing Derf's photo I knew I had to try these and am so glad I did. They are easy to make and delicious! They reminded us of peanut butter cups flavor wise. The first batch I dipped in white chocolate and garnished with chocolate sprinkles. The second batch I used milk chocolate & then drizzled with white chocolate. I will definitely make these again for holiday goodie trays. Thank you for sharing your recipe!

I thought these were pretty good. I used whole wheat saltines and creamy peanut butter. I also dipped some in bittersweet chocolate, and some in white. I think I actually liked the white better with the peanut butter. Sprinkled crushed nuts on top for a prettier look. Great easy snack!

I had this when I'd gone to St. Augustine and I quite liked it. Easy simple treat!

I did these up for a goodie tray for an office appie luncheon, everyone liked them. I used crunchy peanut butter, I think I would use the smooth next time, the bits of nuts made it hard to close the crackers. I found the chocolate just melted by itself was too thick, so added a little butter to thin it out and make it go further. Also added a bit of icing sugar as I was using bitter sweet dark chocolate. They looked very nice on the goodie tray! and go lots of ooohhs and awhss! Thanks for posting something a little different and easy!
