Thanks for posting this recipe. I always remember loving this as a kid and I am glad to have run across it again.

I love zucchini, so I like new ideas on how to prepare it. This was very good. I used shredded parmesan cheese (rather than grated) and was out of paprika, and my breadcrumbs were the Italian variety.

THese are great easy to prepare and taste great. I squeezed some lemon juice on them and salt Delicious!
