    Preheat oven to 475°F.

    Mix together bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder, paprika,and pepper.

    In plastic bag combine oil, water, and zucchini; shake until moistened.

    Dredge zucchini in bread crumb mixture.

    Bake 10-12 minutes in single layer on nonstick baking sheet until golden.

    I love zucchini, so I like new ideas on how to prepare it. This was very good. I used shredded parmesan cheese (rather than grated) and was out of paprika, and my breadcrumbs were the Italian variety.

    THese are great easy to prepare and taste great. I squeezed some lemon juice on them and salt Delicious!
