A good way to get your family to eat sweet potatoes. I have used this recipe for years. One important thing is you always use a cast iron frying pan, It makes the recipe..

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

    Cut all potatoes in to cubes, cut onion in to quarters. In a large mixing bowl mix potatoes and onion, pour in Olive oil and Mrs.Dash. Cover bowl and toss until all coated. Spray cast iron pan with non stick spray, then pour in potato mixture. Preheat oven to 375degrees F. Cook potatoes for about 1 hour or 1 hour 1/2 until tender. Turn potatoes once or twice.
