It tasted o.k with honey, but was very thick and solid once it de-puffed. Not at all like a pancake. It really just tasted like egg. I wouldn't make it again.

I'm afraid this didn't work well for us. It looked lovely when it came out of the oven but it was really stodgy. I'm not sure if it was the size of my eggs but I guess I was expecting something a bit lighter.

Oh My Gosh Laurie is is so Delicious, My DH couldn't belive that I had found this Recipe. We use to go to a Resturant in the Bay area by the name of Ken's Pancake House. They made Pancakes like this. Also one with apples in it. It is so easy to make , I loved watching them PUFF Up while baking. This will be a regular at our house. Thanks Laurie

Good oven pancake recipe. In a convection oven baking time is best at no more than 10 minutes. Note the servings here are what we call 'dietician servings'. My preschooler wasn't happy with one serving and DH and I could have easily eaten the entirety ourselves and we weren't that hungry. So if its the only thing on offer, then you might fall short.
