Very easy to make. I made it even easier by using olive oil spray to spray pan and then tops of fries. The parmesan, garlic and red pepper flakes made them very tasty.

I do a lot of oven fries and I love this recipe. The one difference was in my preparation. I did not pre brown them. I bake them on a pizza stone and they brown really well. on their own To get the garlic & parmesan to stick I lightly sprayed the 3/4 baked wedges with Pam and sprinkled the cheese mixture on them. and finished baking them- Delish Thanks Barb I have enjoyed several of your recipes and look forward to trying many more

I tagged this recipe a while back, made it and forgot to review it. I apologize! The potatoes were really yummy!I like the fact that the seasonings go on at the end so they taste fresher! This will go great with all of those yummy summer grill dinners we make!
