These were awesome! We dipped them in Hooters Buffalo Wings and Taco Soup. The only change we made was we added 1 tsp. of cayenne because we like them hot. My first shot at wings was a big hit. Thanks!

I make these all the time and can't believe I forgot to rate them. These are excellent and easy. Just throw everything in a zip lock bag, shake them up and then put them on a baking sheet. I like to spray mine with PAM instead of the butter, much better for you and they still turn out excellent. My husband can't leave these alone!

These wings are so good! I wanted crispy wings and I got them with no frying! I sprayed my baking pan with PAM and instead of rolling the chicken in the butter I just melted it right into the pan and turned the wings after 23 minutes, baked them for 45 and they were exceptional, cripsy, juicy, delicious! On a few of them I added lots of cayenne. These are my favourite wings so far.

This is my second time making this. The first time, I think my 3lbs of wings were too much for the flour called for and they were good, but not as I expected. Well, this time, I added an additional 1/3 cup of flour with onion powder, garlic powder and lawry's seasoning salt and they turned out perfect! I also omitted the butter and just sprayed my pan with cooking spray. I then sprayed the wings with cooking spray once i placed them onto the pan and it worked perfect! I can't wait until my dh tries them. i am sure he will enjoy them! Thanks for this recipe!
