Nice and smokey, spicy and easy clean up. If you like it sweet try some brown sugar sprinkled on it too.

Full marks for the simplicity, full marks for the taste. I didn't realise bacon can shrink so much! Thanks for posting.

I was so worried that I'd have a greasy mess in the oven, but after reading all the reviews, decided to go for it. Wow. This was amazing. So easy to do, and absolutely NO mess. The bacon was flat and crispy. Mine did take longer then 15 minutes, but who cares. No more microwaved or pan fried bacon for us. Thanks Rita.

Very tasty and a no-mess way to prepare bacon as well. I used smoked bacon, the maximum amount of black pepper, substituted regular chili powder for the chipotle (nearly impossible for me to get here) and did use the brown sugar. Will certainly be doing this again! thanks for posting.

Oh how I wish I never tasted this. I usually prefer sausage links to bacon. I had some bacon so I thought I would try this and OMG I had to stop myself from eating half of it. My husband asked me what was for dinner tonight and I told him and he said oh. He wanted bacon again for dinner tonight. This will be the only way I make bacon from now on. Thanks Rita for a wonderful way to make bacon!
