This fish is wonderful and so easy! We used catfish fillets with medium chunky salsa and grated Parmesan! Yummy! My son said we should have this every week! Made for Zaar World Tour/Mexico.

Unbelievable how good this is with just a few ingredients. I had flounder fillets. And this recipe was perfect. I had mild salsa. I didn't measure the salsa and parmesan. I had only 4 very small fillets. Too bad cause I didn't have leftover Thanks Dreamer. Made for Beverage tag.

I love fish like this. Sometimes I line the pan with fresh spinach then I get a veggie at the same time and the pan is easier to clean

This is a great quick and easy way to cook fish! I used a cookie sheet covered with foil so there was virtually no clean-up. Simple to make and flavorful - thanks for posting the recipe! Made for the Best of 2008 event
