This is a very nice rice iglowforyou. You taught your pac mom a new way to make rice. Mine was a little overcooked but still tasted great. I can see endless possibilities with this dish. Thank you so much for sharing. My dh absolutely loved this dish, so I will be making this often...Pac Momma Kato

Made this with brown rice and didn't add enough water. Other than too-dry rice (my own fault) this worked just fine.

Very good way to make basic rice especially if you are fixing something else and can put it in the oven at the same time. Thank you
