Rice that turns out fluffy not sticky. I make this amount for 2 of us and usually have leftovers.

SERVES 2 -4 (change servings and units)

This is a very nice rice iglowforyou. You taught your pac mom a new way to make rice. Mine was a little overcooked but still tasted great. I can see endless possibilities with this dish.     Made this with brown rice and didn't add enough water. Other than too-dry rice (my own fault) this worked just fine.
