Oven Baked Parmesan Potatoes

I make these a lot. They have a nice spicy flavor.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Peel and cut potatoes in 2 inch pieces.

    Melt butter in lg bowl in microwave.
  3. 3
    Combine cheese, pepper, and cumin in a paper bag.
  4. 4
    Roll potatoes in butter.
  5. 5
    Shake potatoes in cheese mixture.
  6. 6
    Place on baking sheet.
  7. 7
    Bake uncovered at 350 for 55-60 min, turning once.

These were excellent!!!!! Like another reviewer said I cut the recipe in half and I also mixed it all in a bowl. Otherwise made just like the recipe stated and was great!

    These potatoes were really good. Next time I make them, I will mix them in a bowl instead of a plastic bag, because most of the parmesan/butter mix stuck to the bag instead of to the potatoes. Thanks for the recipe, MizzNezz.

    Just made these for dinner. I cut the recipe in half, but ended up having to make another batch of the parm. mixture. I cut the potatoes like junebug did rolled them in butter then into the cheese mixture, I just skipped the paper bag step I think thats why I used a lot more of the parm. mixture. Baked for about 50 minutes and they turned out WONDERFULY!! My mom couldn't stop raving about them!
