This is great! I doubled the recipe also. A nice, peppery flavor that is Perfect for Greek salad. Thanks for posting!

Outstanding! I used an anchovy paste that contained olives and followed the recipe to a tee. I had thought about increasing the garlic as I was whirring away, but decided to stick with one clove and I am glad that I did. The resultant flavor is light and delicious and garlic doesn't overpower the rest of the ingredients. Truly a fabulous marriage of flavors!
