Lemon-Garlic Chick Pea Dip with Veggies and Chips

No chill time for us. Need a last minute sauce for the onions rings we decieded to get at the store and eat as soon as we got home. I had to increase the horseradish to 3 tsp and 2 dash cayene to get the spice we needed. after sitting overnight it might be too hot but then we will just add mayo and ketchup! Left out the oregano since I don't remember seeing any in the Outback version. We loved it anyway this is now in the tried and true book! Thanks

This recipe worked perfectly with the fried onion rings as far as consistency. The ingredients added alot of flavor to the onion rings. I also used this dipping sauce for other fried vegetables that would otherwise become left overs. ALL the fried vegetables were excellent tasting with this dip. Stores good too in a plastic container in the frigerator for another day.
