I love this side dish. It's easy, elegant, and tastes like something from a restaurant. Best of all, even my picky 5yo eats it up!

My family loved this! The kids even fought over who was gonna eat what was left. Personally I thought the basil flavor was overpowering, but I substituted dried basil for the fresh, so that might of had something to do with it.

Delicious!! I'm not a big pasta eater but my husband is, so I tried it. I ate as much as he did! I didn't have fresh basil so I used dried and cooked it with the orzo; otherwise I made the receipe exactly as indicated. It was so good we commented that it was like something you'd be served in a fine restaurant. I will definitely make this for dinner parties - easy and delicious. Thanks for a great recipe.
