Orange Ginger Glazed Tenderloin

Another recipe passed on to me by my in-laws. So easy and delicious!

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 325°F.

    Grate 1 tsp zest from the orange and squeeze 1/4 cup of juice.

    Combine the zest, juice, soy sauce, and ginger in a saucepan.
  4. 4
    Boil until liquid is reduced to about 2 tbsp (3-4 minutes) and brush this glaze over the pork.
  5. 5
    (this usually does not reduce that much - and I usually just pour the syrup over the tenderloin).

    Put in a roasting pan and roast until cooked through (about 40 mins).

    Cover with foil after 20 minutes if pork is getting too browned.

    Let reste 5 minutes before slicing.
