Orange Dream Protein Shake (Low Carb)

Recipe #315324 | 1 min | 1 min prep | add private note

By: Bethany Taylor
Jul 23, 2008

From Wendy Chant's "Crack the Fat Loss Code". This is great! I use Body Fortress brand whey protein powder. It has 23g protein and only 1g sugar, 110 cals and 1g carb. The recipe says oranges, but it wont accept orange flavored Crystal Light.

SERVES 1 , 8 -10 oz (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 8-10 ounces Crystal Light orange drink mix (prepared)
  • 4-10 ice cubes (the more cubes, the thicker it will be)
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder

Directions

  1. 1
    Blend everything in a blender.
  2. 2
    Enjoy!
