Orange Crusted Chicken

Received this recipe from a neighbor when I was in high school so that I could make it for my family. This is a wonderful change from traditional chicken recipes. And, it's so very easy to make.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Melt the butter in a baking dish.
  3. 3
    Combine bread crumbs, salt, and orange peel in a shallow dish.
  4. 4
    In a small bowl, beat eggs and orange juice together until well blended.
  5. 5
    Dip chicken parts in the egg mixture; coat evenly with crumb mixture.
  6. 6
    Roll chicken in melted butter.
  7. 7
    Arrange chicken (skin side down) in baking dish.
  8. 8
    Bake 30 minutes.
  9. 9
    Turn chicken and cover with foil.
  10. 10
    Bake 30 additional minutes.
