This was great! I used vidalia onions. On 1 bread, I used sweet paprika. On the other, I used hot paprika. Both were delicious. The only drawback was as it cooled, it got TOO crusty (actually HARD & rather unappealing) Fortunately, we gobbled most of it up before then.
