I like this because it's chocolate, easy to make, and I always have the ingredients on hand!

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Dump all ingredients (yep, just dump!) except nuts, into one bowl.
  2. 2
Beat with a mixer (or by hand) for 4 minutes.
  3. 3
Add nuts and pour into an 8" sprayed pie pan.
  4. 4
    Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
  5. 5
The pie will settle in the middle as it cools. It's supposed to do this!
  6. 6
Cut into wedges and serve with whipped topping or a la mode with a scoop of ice cream.

Very easy indeed... but not the best brownies either.

This was a great quick dessert! I didn't have ice cream or whipped cream, but I dusted it with powdered sugar, like the picture! My friend and I really enjoyed it! Thanks!

Very easy recipe and tasty. I made it in a tin pie pan, let it cool and then layered softened cookies and cream ice cream on top. Threw it in the freezer overnight. Just before serving I drizzled the Magic Shell chocolate on it and ta-dah. Success. It was a huge hit at the potluck we went to. My family said it is a definite repeat! THANKS for posting! OUTSTANDING!

Fabulous. I have never made brownies before, although I have eaten plenty! These are rich, gooey and just hit the spot! I left out the nuts as I have guests and I am not sure about allergies etc. I will definately make these agin.
