Olive Garden Sambuca Chocolate Fudge Sauce

This recipe is from the files of Riserva di Fizzano and the Rocca delle Macie Winery – Olive Garden’s Italian Partners.
SERVES 4
Ingredients
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons sambuca liqueur or espresso coffee
- ice cream (enough for 4 servings)
Directions

Melt chocolate and butter in a sauce pan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Add Sambuca or espresso coffee and stir. Pour over individual servings of ice cream and let harden. Serve immediately.
