This recipe is every bit as good as the Olive Garden version. I do change one thing...I use a 64 ounce bottle of V-8 juice because the ingredients absorb the liquid rapidly. It is superb!

This dish was great!! I have never had the Olive Garden version, so I don't have that to compare it to. I omitted the meat from this, and loaded up the beans. I served it with fresh grated parmesan cheese on top. I made Tomato-Basil Squares on the side. Thanks for posting such a great recipes.

Excellent dish. Easy to make and very tasty. Added a little more water to make it more saucy. Next time I might just make it with 2 cans of V-8. Whole family loved it.
