This is a nice, basic O&V salad dressing that tasted good on our garden salad tonight. I'm planning on using the remainder to marinate some chicken tomorrow. Thanks Ellie for a good recipe! * I'm changing my review of this recipe to add that I used it as a marinade for grilled chicken and it is wonderful! I marinaded the quartered chicken for 2 hours, turning occasionally, then grilled. Watch when grilling, the olive oil tends to make it flare up. It was great! Thanks again Ellie!
