Easy, creamy, delicious. Best part, DS hates coconut. He ate two before I decided to tell him he was eating coconut! The rest are mine, all mine!!!!! Wicked, maybe I will put coconut in everything from now on. Seriously, this will be a great recipe for summer when it is too hot to turn the oven on. Thanks for posting. Made for PAC, Spring 2008

My grandmother used to make no bake cookies when we visited so I have pleasant memories of this style of cookie. I loved the addition of coconut! Thank you for sharing this recipe. Reviewed for PAC Fall '07.

I made these for my cookie giving Christmas 2008. I found them to be much too sweet for me. Next time I may try it with 1/2 the amt of sugar and see what happens.

These taste GREAT! That being said, mine don't look like the picture. My "liquid" stayed fairly liquid when I was scooping them out onto the waxed paper. They still seem to be setting up fine though. They just look like they are sitting in a chocolate puddle! lol No one here will care. I think maybe I put a smidge too much milk in. I didn't measure all that well. Thanks for sharing!
