These were wonderful! Not only were they easy to make, but they taste great, too. Like a cross between a bowl of oatmeal and an oatmeal cookie. I added chopped apples (out of raisins) and walnuts, with 3/4 tsp. of cinnamon. Perfect for breakfast. Thank you.

This was so good! I mashed 3 bananas and 1 bag of semi sweet chocolate chips instead of the nuts and raisins and it came of fantastic. I wasn't sure what to make when I had no flour in the house and this is the perfect recipe!

These were a lovely surprise. Yes, the texture is of course different than a "normal" muffin but I love oatmeal and these have a strong oatmeal flavor. I used one small banana instead of the nuts and raisins and really like the flavor it gave. I also think the banana may have contributed to them being more moist so I don't think I'd make these without the banana. I didn't use muffin papers — just sprayed the heck out of my mini muffin pans. I ended up making 16 mini muffins and had only a bit of batter leftover. I baked for 18 minutes total. I will make these again. Thank you!

I used one small banana, mashed, and left out the raisins & nuts. I also threw in about 1/3 cup frozen blueberries. These are great! The "batter" was kind of runny & had me worried, but after baking, these are moist & flavorful. I used old-fashioned oats. I'll definitely make these again - thank you!
