Mm, yes, very good cookie. I did not have walnuts, instead I used a little more (1cup) craisins. Used parchment paper on the cookie sheet and they did not stick at all. Could not wait so I tried one cookie immediately out of the oven, it crumbled, but once cooled they are crisp and firm. The dough is a little too sticky to handle when trying to roll into balls. Next time I'll use teaspoons to drop them instead of rolling. Thanks for posting.

Really good cookies! Just the right combination of ingredients. I dropped them instead of rolling into balls. Worked out fine. Will surely make again. Thanks!

Updated: Forgot to add that I didn't use the dried cranberries as it was late last night when I was baking and going to the grocery store was not an option. I used to have a very good recipe, but couldn't find it last night so I turned to zaar. I don't eat cookies, but DH just loves Oatmeal cookies and this recipe sounded great! Let me tell you the ingredients held up their end of the bargain and merged together to make an absolutely wonderful Oatmeal cookie! Thanks for posting and now this is the new staple for my household.
