Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Lactation Cookies by Noel Trujillo

This recipe is great for mothers who are breastfeeding. It helps to keep your milk supply up or increase your milk supply. Use more brewers yeast and oatmeal if you are wanting to increase your milk supply. You can use more chocolate chips if you like or any kind of chips.

Delicious! I followed the recipe and they turned out great. I even used the full 4 Tbs of yeast. I didn't have choco chips so I put in raisins and pecans instead. mmm I will be making these again and again. I think I might even try making a "mix" to give to new moms.

These are great! I used 1/2 the butter and substituted apple sauce for the other half, 1/2 the white sugar (but I like things not as sweet), and added some sliced almonds. I didn't find it runny what so ever- in fact the dough is quite thick, but the cookies taste great! Now here's hoping it works as intended- to increase my supply...

These cookies are amazing. When I make them for my wife, she has plenty of supply for our daughter. When I slack off, her supply decreases. My wife likes them with a mix of chocolate and butterscotch chips, and we throw in about a cup of chopped pecans.

These cookies come out just right every time! I usually substitute whole wheat flour for half the flour, and sometimes use coconut oil in place of part of the butter. Always delicious!
