    Finally, a nuoc cham recipe I'm happy with! This really does taste just like the ones at our favourite Vietnamese restaurants and was so easy to make too. I cut my thai chilli into long thin strips and also added some shredded white raddish and carrot to the mix - thank you so much for posting this great recipe!

    This is a great recipe-my favorite I have made so far. I did make one change. I added the juice of a small lime along with the fish sauce.
