Chicken With Tarragon, Garlic & Olives

This rice was great! I used sharp white cheddar and parmesan for the cheese. Served with Steak and peas. It was easy to make and nice to have something a little different from plain rice. Thanks for posting! Made for ZWT5

Very easy and very tasty, and wonderfully garlicky. I did - on the whim of the moment - add some cumin with the onion and garlic.
I used breezermom's Basic Chicken Stock and added a good handful of baby spinach leaves in step 4 with a mix of feta, parmesan and cheddar. Seriously yummy. Thanks for sharing this super recipe. Made for Ali Baba's Babes for ZWT 5.

This was easy and very tasty. I used a small onion and a shallot, and shredded some gruyere (to give it a real French twist). I will definitely be making this again. Made for the Groovy GastroGnomes for ZWT5.
