These are an easy cookie to make, and very popular with the kids. When you top them with a glazed cherry on top, they make a great holiday cookie.

SERVES 24 -30 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Combine butter, milk and sugar and boil for 2 minutes.

    Turn off burner and add vanilla and cocoa.

    Whisk quickly until smooth.

    Stir in coconut and oats.
  5. 5
    Using a tablespoon, drop onto waxed paper.
  6. 6
    Add a cherry immediately after.

    Let cool.
