Wonderful chicken fingers Nif. They were quick and easy to make. They tasted great...much better than store bought. We dipped ours in Thai Hot Sauce and Tamarind Sauce...because the Plum Sauce was hiding in the fridge, we couldn't find it...but it was there laughing at us.
I will definitely make these again...can't wait to try them with the plum sauce. I know that they will be even better. Thanks so much for sharing your recipe.
