My husband is a seafood lover and he likes it nice and simple. Try this out.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Steam mussels in all ingredients, but cream, under cover until opened.
  2. 2
    Once opened remove mussels and pour in cream in the "mussel stock".
  3. 3
    Heat and pour over mussels.
