    Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until frothy;

    Coat fruits with flour mixture (flour and baking powder).

    Add egg mixture.

    Line 2 loaf pans with wax paper and dump 1/2 mixture in each pan.

    Bake in oven for 1 hour.
