I don't know where I got this, but it works. The whipped cream will keep for a week in the fridge without deflating... great for party make-ahead.

This is a wonderful, easy recipe. I've used it many times and it never fails. I use a lot more powered sugar than Toby uses. It freezes extremely well. I 've tried it on several recipes. I made lemon coconut tartlets (picture) topped with this cream. I made a large batch, put them in the freezer and took them out in time for the party. They came out like I put them in. Thanks Toby!

This is wonderful! I used 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, and it was just the right amount of sweetness for us. This holds up beautifully. Thanks for posting!

Cool! What a great trick---It's delicious and convenient. Made my whipped cream 24 hours before my dinner party and it was delicious. I used 2 tsp powdered sugar.
