"Never Weep" Whipped Cream
SERVES 6 -8 , 4 cups, about
Ingredients
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons dry vanilla instant pudding mix (fold over paper envelope it comes in and keep for future use (1 box does about 3 batches of whipped)
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar, more to taste for sweetened whipped cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

Whip all ingredients together until firm peaks form.2
Cover leftovers tightly, preferably in an air-tight plastic container.3
This stays the same consistency until used.4
It will keep for a week in the fridge without deflating.

Great recipe- I would definitely add more sugar. I used white chocolate pudding mix instead, and the hint of white chocolate was perfect!!

Delicious whipped cream! I used this lovely whipped cream on a cake. Sadly I can't really review how well it held up because we gobbled that cake up quick! Thanks

This is wonderful! I used 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, and it was just the right amount of sweetness for us. This holds up beautifully. Thanks for posting!

Cool! What a great trick---It's delicious and convenient. Made my whipped cream 24 hours before my dinner party and it was delicious. I used 2 tsp powdered sugar.
