Looks to be very similar to my Nanny's chicken & dressing!
She uses 2 packages of cornbread, probably 8-10 eggs, 2 onions, and all of the meat of a small boiled hen. Yours is the first I've seen that also uses boiled eggs...she always says she wanted to be sure her eggs were done..LOL. Must be something with the "Nanny/ie" name! Yummy, yummy stuff!
