Excellent! We enjoyed this using chorizo in place of ham. Yellow bell. Loved the scallions on this. Used 4 Fun Salsa's in One!. Gracia. Made for ZWT5.

I had maybe 3/4 cup medium salsa left. It was enough. I used all red bell pepper. I didn't use ham but I used cooked bacon, crumbled. I used only mozzarella cheese. It was in the oven near 10 minutes. Thanks Sage. Made for 123 hit wonder

These are wonderful nachos! I love the fact that there are no beans, so if you want to have a beany main dish, or side dish, you don't get beaned out. I also love all the veggies on top. To be honest, everything but the chips and salsa make up one of my favorite pizzas! This came together really quick, even with all the chopping involved, and it baked for about 15 minutes in my oven. I used a yummy Chipotle salsa, and it really went well with the ham. I have to say though, don't make the same mistake I did. These are main dish servings sizes! You will feel full. I served this with enchiladas, and I will have lots of yummy leftovers for lunch. Thank you so much for posting, made for Photo Tag.
