Nacho Dip

Great as a dip or as a filling for enchiladas or burritos.

SERVES 12 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream

  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans

  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 3 cups Mexican blend cheese, grated

Directions

  1. 1
    Combine cream cheese, sour cream, beans, taco seasoning, salsa and 2 cups of the cheese.
  2. 2
    Spread into casserole dish and cover with the remaining cup of cheese.
  3. 3
    Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes until the cheese on top melt.

    Serve with tortilla chips or as a cheese filling for enchiladas or burritos.

I love this stuff — the cream cheese adds a slightly different texture to the way I normally fix it. Very good and will make again (easy to serve as is or inside tortillas with other taco fixings!).

    So simple and sooo good!! Added another layer of salsa before topping with remaining cheese. Just the right amount of heat!
