It's cooling now! My friend used to make "Jewish Apple Cake" I have tried to find the recipe for a long time. It was made in a tube pan. This is a close to the recipe as I have found. It smells wonderful. I used a silacone tube pan but found it took a little more time. I used 4 very large granny smith apples and it seemed like it may have been a little to much. It released from the pan and is cooling on a plate. Can't wait for dinner to be over so I can have a slice! Update: It was wonderful! Not quite the same as my friend's but really good!
