This was yummy! Even my husband who "doesn't like meatloaf" really enjoyed it and asked if I'd make it again sometime. I added some small cubes of cheddar cheese to the meat mixture and it came out great. The bacon was nice and crispy and the meatloaf was moist. Meatloaf doesn't get any easier than this! I'm adding this recipe to my collection.

Now that's a good meatloaf!!! The bacon gives this an awesome flavor. Don't change a THING - this is perfect as is! (Although next time I make it I'm gonna roll some mozzarella inside and see how I like it)

I've been making my meatloaf similar to this for years. Only difference is I use a can of Italian stewed tomatoes instead of the ketchup in the meat mixture. I use ketchup on top of the meatloaf before I place the bacon on. It is very taste.

WOW! I've never been a huge fan of meatloaf, but as a newlywed desperate to impress her husband, I gave this recipe a shot (It looked easy, fast and I liked the bacon for a change from the usual) and WOW! this is amazing. The flavor is incredible and it's so easy!! Thanks for making my husband think I'm a good cook (=
