This is a very tasty recipe for a more economical cut of lamb. It has a beautiful color when finished and looks attractive to serve. Try a bit of Horseradish with them - excellent flavor combo

These didn't come out as well as I thought they would based on the great reviews. I think I had similar problems as Chef #665777, I like my lamb well done. Also found the breading topping not a complement to the meat. Hubby scraped his off. It's been awhile since I made it, but I do think the flavors were ok.

This was good, and my husband really liked it, but you really need a better cut of lamb to make them.

I thought this was really quite good. The lamb came out almost buttery tasting and very tender. I cooked mine quite a bit longer as we prefer ours cooked less rare. Thanks for an eacy, tasty recipe.
