Really easy make ahead appetizer. "Betcha can't eat just one!!"

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and mushrooms in a sauce pan.
  2. 2
    Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is mostly absorbed stirring occasionally.

    Cool, strain, add green onions and serve with toothpicks.

These were not my favorite. Waaaaay too much olive oil. I should have listened to my instincts. Won't make again.

    We dearly love mushies. Wanted to make it an entree for hot weather. Increased the liquids, added diced Canadian bacon a few minutes before serving. Served it over brown rice. Nummies! Great work, Tebo.

    Outstanding. Easy to put together. We are garlic lovers so that was a real plus. The sauce is so good and gives the shrooms a wonderful flavor. I used small button mushrooms. You are right, can't eat just one. Thanks for a terrific recipe.
