creamy mushroom chicken

SERVES 4 , 4 servings (change servings and units)

    Dip chicken in melted butter and dredge in flour.

    Lay in 9x13" baking pan.

    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and other seasonings (we like garlic powder).

    In a separate bowl, mix one can of cream of mushroom soup with 3/4 C nonfat milk and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.

    Pour mixture over chicken, making sure to completely cover each piece. Top with remaining cheese.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
