I really LOVED this recipe, and so did DH and DD Happiness all around the house! I had a nice helping on warm toast after the gym last night ~ perfect recovery snack or bedtime snack for me, and I would enjoy having this for a quick breakfast. Thanks for the fresh new idea Brenda. Made for PAC Spring 2009!

Great because you can have something as quick as toast and still get some egg protein. I added just a pinch of dill. It great when the toast comes right out and it kind of melts on the toast. Great for kids! Thanx for sharing this.

One of the first things my husband here in finland taught me how to make. Basically the same recipe you posted here. We just mix it all up and add more butter till it looks good. So yummy on rye bread or warm korilean pastries.

I can see me adding some green olive and maybe some chives chopped fine, in this recipe... One that I will surely try, and I already know I will enjoy!
