This appeals really well to kids, it's lighter in colour than the usual museli and has different ingredients, it keeps well in an airtight jar

SERVES 12 , 6 cups (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup puffed wheat cereal
  • 1 cup puffed corn cereal
  • 1 cup extruded natural bran
  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup papaya, chunks chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried apple, sliced

Directions

    mix all ingredints.

    store in airtigh container.
  3. 3
    serve with milk or yoghurt and slices of fruit.
