Served this with Marie 's Roasted Parmesan Garlic Cauliflower and it was SO good! The addition of the soy sauce seemed to enhance the flavor of the steaks in a way I never would have imagined. With a tossed salad added to the meal, we had a 5 Star low(er) carb dinner!

Love this marinade! Makes the steaks moist and tender. Have used it many times and have never been disappointed. Also seems to make the steaks cook quicker(?) although that might just be my imagination.

Yummmmy!!! I made these last week and I didn't have any Montreal Steak Seasoning so I just used what I had, fresh cracked pepper and seasoned salt. Also I added some fresh minced garlic to the liquid ingredients. The flavor was soooo good!! My husband loved it too!! It was also one of those rare times I cooked the steaks "just right" so it was even more perfect!! I didn't even use any steak sauce!! I marinated those for about 6 or 7 hours. I just marinated some more steaks that we will eat later tonight... so they will be marinating for over 15 hours!! Ooooh yummmm... I can't wait =) Thank you so much for this recipe Marie!! Now I just have to perfect my steak cooking skills!!

Marie I made your marinade tonite. It was a huge success. I let the sirlion steaks sit in it for 4 hours. Then I grilled them. Mummmm. What can I say...the steaks were tender, juicy and the flavour was amazing. It's a keeper, thank you so much.
