Chef #704580 - to answer your question, just put the ingredients in your machine in the order your machine suggests and then set your machine on the dough cycle. You'll have to remove the dough so you can then shape it correctly and bake in your oven.

I live in Arizona and have been to Monti's many times. The bread is the high point, in my opinion. I would like to know how I should make it in a bread maker. Just got one and would like try making this bread in there. Any help would be appreciated.
