This recipe was given to me by my boyfriends Aunt at their family reunion. With the size of their family, they NEED a recipe for monster cookies. Not only does it make alot of cookies, the cookies are gigantic!

125 -150 cookies (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix ingredients in the order given.
  3. 3
    Drop by ice cream scoopfuls onto cookie sheet, then flatten (about 6 per sheet) Bake for 12 minutes, do not overbake.

I was disappointed in these. The night I baked them they were good while warm, straight out of the oven. However, the next day, after being stored in an airtight containers, they were dry and crumbly. I had hoped to use these for gift giving and instead wound up tossing 2/3 of the batch. I cut the recipe in half, but otherwise followed the recipe as written.

    I am in the process of making these and they are so tasty. I did have to double check the recipe because there is no flour in this recipe. You would never know there is no flour by the taste. For the change of amounts I put in 62 cookies for better measuring. I am going to take some of these to our volunteer fire dept. They were so kind to come over and get rid of a bee's nest for me, so I think I'll thank them with these yummy treats and still have some left over for my family. Thanks so much for posting Malriah!

    These were very good! Its a keeper! they were a little thin i think that was because i didnt put all the oatmeal. and I made about it quartered.

    I cut this recipe in 1/4 and boy are these cookies good! I used crispy m&m's cause thats all I could find at the store, and I used quick oatmeal. Thanks for a yummy recipe!
