Five Spice Beef and Pepper Stir-Fry

YUM! This was a really good way to try something new with mince and something I'd try again. It was so tasty and loved the cabbage crunch! I added an onion and then stirred through some rice noodles... which made it a bit 'wet'... perhaps next time I'll try with some steamed rice. I also added some sweet chilli sauce for a bit of warmth.

A fantastic new way to use beef mince. I cut back on the oil and replaced the malt vinegar with cider but otherwise made as directed. A quick n easy meal thats really tasty.
