This was a breeze to make and quite tasty! To make it more toddler friendly, I used Healthy Request soup (lower sodium) and added a small tin of mushrooms (drained and roughly chopped) and about 3/4 cup of thawed frozen peas. Since the sauce is quite thick, I covered the dish for the first 25 minutes, then uncovered it for the last 5 minutes after I added the cheese on top. Thanks for posting!

This was definitely easy to make. I made it exactly as the recipe dictated and both kids liked it. I think next time I'll try adding the peas to it. I can't say it's my personal favorite, but it's definitely a keeper.

My family loved this dish. The really great thing about it is that it is a one dish meal. Just add a salad and you have the perfect meal.

I made this tonight with my six year old. We loved it. The only changes I made were to use spicy brown mustard instead of yellow and I added garlic salt, onion flakes, and some red pepper flakes. I did not measure any of those additions just eyeballed them. It was wonderful and a great way to use up my leftover ham.
