SERVES 8 -12 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Preheat oven- 350°.

    Butter and flour 2 9x5 loaf pans.
  3. 3
    Stir together sugar and oil.
  4. 4
    Stir in eggs and pumpkin.
  5. 5
    Combine dry ingredients in a bowle.
  6. 6
    Blend dry and water into wet mixture
  7. 7
    (1/3 dry then ½ water the another 1/3 dry, so on).
  8. 8
    Separate between two loaf pans
  9. 9
    Bake 30-40 min or till cake tester comes out clean.

    Let stand 10 minute.
  11. 11
    Remove from pans and cool.
