This is a keeper, with or without my changes...I used 1/2 cup corn syrup and 1 cup sugar, and added 1/4 cup oats and a dash of cinnamon. I baked this in a 9" square glass pan at least an hour. When cool, cut in half and have 2 loaves.

We loved the bread. My 2 year old granddaughter kept asking for more bread. It's a keeper. Thanks Lilkari. Bullwinkle
