Mint Chicken

Passed on to me from a cousin. Yummy chicken!

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Heat oil in a skillet.
  2. 2
    Add the onions and fry till golden in colour.
  3. 3
    Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, corriander powder and green chillies.

    Mix.
  5. 5
    Fry for a few minutes.
  6. 6
    Add the chicken pieces.
  7. 7
    Cook on either side.
  8. 8
    Add the mint-corriander paste and yoghurt.
  9. 9
    Mix well.
  10. 10
    Add salt to taste.

    Sprinkle garam masala and cook till chicken is tender.

    Serve hot.
